This single malt whisky has been matured in fortified red wine casks from local Israeli wineries selected for their distinct flavor profile. It is is an expression of our unique terroir and the excellent casks it produces. Aromas of dark chocolate pearliness filled with raspberry jam tobacco and earl grey tea fragrant pine needles and a touch of cake frosting. Maple syrup flavors smoked dry chili peppers and candied cherries. Peaty earthiness on the finish followed by fresh mint and comforting hot cacao.
