Straw yellow in color on the nose it has a base of white fruits characteristic of the variety with light citrus notes that bring freshness. Despite its youth there are hints of ageing on lees and a certain minerality. On the palate it is a wine of great balance between acidity and body it is easy to drink and has a pleasant and refreshing aftertaste. 90 points – The 2020 Polvorete feels harmonious fresh and young with purity of fruit no makeup and contained ripeness.
