William Talus Gold Rum is made from premium U.S. sourced molasses and fermented on site in our distillery in Texas. After distilling William Talus Gold Rum is aged to perfection in charred American white oak barrels. 45% ABV 90 Proof After aging is complete William Talus Gold Rum is proofed at 90 proof in preparation to be used as the primary ingredient in the finest craft cocktail. The finished product is a smooth rum with natural flavors imparted from the charred oak barrels and sweet smoothness of the rum. Enjoy neat on the rocks or in your favorite cocktail.
