Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon

Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch bourbon is the first product released by the Wyoming distillery. We would consider it a wheated bourbon (as opposed to the more common rye grain) in that it uses wheat and roasted barley to complement the dominant corn grain requisite in all bourbon. To us this signals a milder sweeter style of bourbon. They are proud to use only their own spirit sourced from their distillery without any whiskey sourced from other distilleries (a practice popular with many newer brands of whiskey). They use very traditional techniques including milling their own grain and aging the whiskey in uninsulated warehouses experiencing the wide variation in Wyoming seasons. 44% ABV 80 Proof
