Dewar’s The Ancestor 12 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky

Founder john dewar crafted high quality blended whiskys passing this skill to his son john alexander who double-aged his blends in the company cellars. John dewar was one of the first scotsmen to blend whisky and was the first to blend it right. So much so he put his name on the bottle as a mark of quality this whisky is honeyed with a drizzle of honey homemade toffee apples and crumbly fudge – warm buttery and mellow. It is fruity with notes of juicy sultanas and fresh citrus with a wisp of vanilla – clean full and lively. Finally it is rich with melted caramel and folded in slowly with a trace of oak.
