Louis Roederer Cristal Rose

100 years after the creation of Cristal Jean-Claude Rouzaud decided to create the Cristal Ros cuve. To achieve this he selected old-vine Pinot noir grapes from the vineyards most successful plants in the finest grand cru vineyards of Ay. This beautiful Champagne has a pink hue with slightly coppery tints. Dynamic bubbles forming a lingering bead. Dazzling bouquet of ripe fruit: zesty red berries and raspberry liqueur. Afterwards sweet spice and smoky notes with a hint of reduction. Intense and broad on the palate with expressions of red fruit. Initially the texture is silky and full on entry and then followed by a firm freshness. A whirlwind of flavors burst forth delicately and gradually like salt bubbles on the palate. The complimentary flavors create umami for a flavorsome finish.
