Francois Thibault created Le Melon to celebrate and showcase the Cavaillon Melon from the south of France. The melon said to have been an inspiration for tastemakers over the course of history has long been treasured for its honey-sweet flavor and smooth finish. 40% ABV Tasting Notes: Nose: Strong bouquet of freshly cut melon subtle notes of melon rind and hints of banana and pears. Palate: Very bright with strong overtones of juicy melon leading into lighter notes of white citrus and almond.
