Distilled in American stills handcrafted and hammered in Louisville Kentucky USA. Small batch distillation of superior highly aromatic apple-wine selected for exceptional quality. Distilled just twice retaining concentrated flavor compounds for genuine character and true depth of flavor. Non-chill filtered for an authentic uncorrupted natural flavor. Some cloudiness faint suspension or very light sediment will be apparent at colder temperatures. Elegant smooth and crisp. Clean apple notes with hints of spice and slightly dry appley finish.
