Vineyard and Winemaking Although it’s a tad risque Menage a Trois 2015 Chardonnay has an impeccable California coastal pedigree. To enhance its delicious fruity flavors we fermented the wine with a special French yeast (but of course!) induced partial malolactic fermentation and coupled the creamy result with French and American oak thus delighting Chardonnay hedonists everywhere.
