Produced artisanally this expression uses only overripe agaves that are slow-cooked in brick ovens naturally fermented double-distilled at low temperatures and aged for three years. Ocho Extra Aejo offers rich flavors of cooked agave fresh oak roasted coffee and dried fruits and a long-lasting finish.
