Curbside FAQ

  • How does Curbside work?
  • When you place an order online, you’ll select a pick-up location and time. Arrive at the store at your chosen time, pull into a designated Curbside parking space, and text the number on the sign. We will bring your order out to your vehicle shortly.

  • Do all Spec's locations offer Curbside?
  • No. Curbside is currently available at select locations. When choosing a store location prior to purchase, please note some locations offer in-store pick up only. At these locations, look for the Pick Up signage inside the store.

  • Is there a fee for Curbside?
  • Yes, there's a $4.95 Curbside service fee for all orders.

  • Where do I go for Curbside pickup?
  • Please look for the designated parking spots with Curbside signage. Text 313313 and the parking space number once you arrive. Your order will be on its way to you soon!

  • What if one of my requested items isn’t available?
  • If one or more of your items aren’t available, we will let you know via text message. We want to make it right. So, we’ll give you the option to approve or decline one of our hand-picked substitutions for you.

  • What is the substitution buffer charge?
  • We will pre-authorize your card for the initial order amount plus 15% to allow for approved substitutions if the product you originally requested is not available. Don’t worry, your card won’t be charged until you authorize the total at pick up.

  • Why didn't I get the chance to approve or decline my substitution?
  • If you missed the text, you can still show up at a curbside spot to accept or decline any substitutions at time of pickup.

  • What do I need to bring when I pickup my order?
  • Please have your order confirmation number and your ID for age verification ready at pick up. Order status alerts will be sent to the pick up phone number if provided at purchase, or to the customer billing phone number.

  • Will my cold case items be cold at time of pick up?
  • If the items are perishable, they will be kept cold until pick up.

  • When is the latest I can get my order?
  • All orders must be picked up by 8:30pm on the day you selected, otherwise orders will be available for pick up the following work day at 11am. Orders not picked up within 48 hours of the pickup date will be returned to inventory, and your Curbside transaction will be cancelled. Your card will not be charged.

  • What is the earliest time I can pick up my order?
  • The earliest available pick up time to select is 11am.

  • Who do I contact if I have any questions?
  • Please call the main line 888-526-8787 and provide your Curbside order number.
