Key Club FAQ

The Key Club is your FREE pass to everything Spec’s! Sign up and get exclusive access to special events, limited release items, in-store savings, and so much more!

If you are at least 21 years old, you can join. If you’re not old enough to shop in store, you can’t join the club.

You can join Key Club online, just provide your name, birthday, address, email, phone number, and accept the terms and conditions to get started. You’ll start earning points, but will need to complete your profile to unlock your full membership benefits, including the enrolling for allocation opportunities in the Exclusives section of your dashboard.

Use your key club number, phone number or email address to look up your existing Key Club ID. Once you have linked any of the three items to your online Spec’s account, you can update your profile with your current information. Please allow 24 hours for your updated phone number to be synced with the in-store system.

First, try our account lookup. You can use your phone number, email address or key club ID. If you are still unable to find your account, contact Key Club support.

Update your profile here. If you experience any issues, contact Key Club support. You’ll need to include your first and last name, along with the email address(es) associated with your account(s). Please let us know what you would like your primary email address to be for your consolidated Key Club and Spec’s account. If we have any questions, we’ll reach out to you.

Contact Key Club Support using the form on the support page. You’ll need to include your first and last name along with at least one of the following associated with each account:

• Key club ID
• Phone number
• Email address

Let us know what you would like your primary phone number and email address to be for your consolidated Key Club ID.

There are two sets of points that display in your dashboard. The Rolling 12 points reflect eligible purchases made within the last 12 months to date. They may fluctuate over time and are recalculated once per day to include any new purchases.

Lifetime points reflect eligible purchases made over the history of your account.

Your Rolling 12 points are used to determine your membership level and determine eligibility for Spec’s VIP Vault opportunities.  You earn different benefits at each level, such as invitations to exclusive events and birthday gifts. More benefits will be added soon!

Spec’s VIP Vault is a different experience compared to specsonline.com. When allocated products are unavailable, the VIP Vault will state it is closed. Allocated products are available in very limited quantities and may be sold on an invitation-only basis to a limited number of members or on a first come, first serve basis. The email that goes out will state what kind of opportunity it is and will list the bottle available. It will also feature a special link that is tied to only your Key Club account. Only you will be able to sign into Spec’s Vault and make a purchase. Allocated products are extremely limited, and not every member will receive every notification.

Key Club members can opt-in to an allocated product on the Key Club Exclusives page and can update their selection(s) any time. Enrolled members that have made a purchase within the last 12 months may have an opportunity to purchase an allocated product via Spec’s VIP Vault.

Congratulations on receiving an invitation! You’re not obligated to buy anything offered to you in Spec’s VIP Vault. Your decision to purchase or not has no weight on future offers you may be eligible for. If you’re not interested in the brand or bottle, simply unenroll from it on the Exclusives page. 

Only purchases made directly at a Spec’s store or at specsonline.com are eligible to receive Key Club points.

Once you have completed your membership profile or linked your in-store created account, you can go to your dashboard to view your points. Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours for points on purchases to appear.

Due to the volume of asks, we are unable to fulfill these requests at this time. If you believe a recent purchase is missing, please contact Key Club Support and have an image of your full receipt handy. We will look into that for you.

Log in to your account to make changes to your personal information or interests.

We no longer issue physical cards. We suggest registering your existing card number online. You can always use your linked phone number or Key Club number to continue to get points for your purchases in stores or online.

Our goal, at Spec’s, is to provide you with quality products and events that you are interested in. Knowing what you like allows us to make sure you’re receiving only information you care about. This information is never distributed or sold.

If you mistakenly entered the wrong birth date, please contact us in the form below with the correct date, your name, phone number and email associated with your account.

While signing up, you’ll have the opportunity to enter a referral code. If you signed up via text, you still have the opportunity to enter the referral code when completing your profile online. You cannot use or apply a referral code after joining Key Club.

Key Club is for personal use only and points may only be earned when shopping in store (checking out at the register) or online at specsonline.com. Business and wholesale purchases do not earn points.
