Antica Sambuca

The steam distillation of star anise fruits together with an infusion of sweet orange coriander iris Turkish rose and many other herbs form the basis of the most famous Italian liqueur: Antica Sambuca. Mixing the star anise distillate with essential oils fine spirits and the purest white sugar gives the product a pleasant anise aroma. 38% ABV Tasting Notes: Color: Crystal-clear Aroma: Plleasant anise aroma Flavor: Velvety harmonious and intense. Sweet but on contact with the palate it remains smooth with hints of sourness. Indications: Antica Sambuca Classica may be enjoyed in a shot on the rocks in coffee or for preparing cocktails and long drinks.
