Aged for a minimum of 2 years in French Limousin oak our Apple Brandy is complex enough to be enjoyed neat in a snifter but also wonderful in any cocktail calling for brandy applejack or Calvados. Chefs love it for deglazing pan-fried pork chops soaking a fruitcake or stabilizing a sorbet. Some of our favorite cocktails are made using our Apple Brandy including the Jack Rose. It’s also delicious in a hot toddy or in spiced cider. 40% ABV 80 Proof
