The next instalment in our highly-anticipated annual release has arrived: The GlenAllachie 30-year-old Batch 3. To craft this elegant expression esteemed Master Blender Billy Walker carefully selected eight casks from the finest vintage stock that had been slumbering in our on-site warehouses for over three decades. A true celebration of our bold and complex house style this latest batch showcases the merits of patience and perseverance coupled with our own Master Blenders half-century of instinct and knowledge gathered throughout his famed career. Dating back to the early 90s the whisky within each cask boasted full-bodied smooth character which was further elevated when unified. With heavily Sherried influence several Pedro Ximnez and Oloroso hogsheads were expertly married with premium American Virgin Oak casks to create this exquisite limited release.
