Tasting Notes: Sweet smoke enveloping ripe bell pepper and golden grain intoxicates the senses even before the first sip is taken. Once imbibed there is a lovely seaweed backdrop with only a hint of pungent iodine. The sophisticated salinity creates a stage for the sweeter grain presence in the mid palate.
