McCleary White Chocolate Irish Cream Liqueur was just released. McCleary is a private label brand made by Robert A. Merry and Co. in Tipperary Ireland. McClearys White Chocolate Irish Cream is made with a blend of Irish cream aged whiskey grain neutral alcohol and natural flavors. It pours to a milky beige and golden hued color. A swirl of my glass shows the presence of dairy cream clinging to the walls of my glass. The aroma is butterscotch marshmallow orange and whiskey. The sweet butterscotch and marshmallow entry is joined by vanilla dairy cream and white chocolate. It fades with caramel and orange joining the white chocolate taste. The finish includes aged Irish whiskey orange and licorice flavor a mild sting and warmth followed by a whiskey burn.17% ABV
