The Fruit Grown in the foothills of the Black Forest at altitudes of 200-300 m. The south-westerly aspect of the slopes protects against cold easterly winds while the slight elevation prevents the fruit from becoming too warm during the ripening period from May to July. The main varieties are the Dollenseppler Schwarze Schuttler and Benjaminler. 42% ABV Flavor: Highly aromatic bouquet of cherries combined with delicate nuances reminiscent of almonds powerful in the mouth with a harmonious mild finish. Nose: Intense aromatic bouquet of cherries followed by a very subtle bitter almond aroma.
