Scottish Leader Blended Scotch Whisky

Scottish Leader is 25% malt and 75% grain and is made up of two different grain whiskies (maize and wheat) and 25 different malt whiskies aged between 3 and 8 years old. The full bodied character of Scottish Leader reflects a high percentage of malt including a high content of Speyside malts with a warming presence of Islay malts. Although the exact formula is a well kept secret we can reveal that three of the malts are Burn Stewart’s own Tobermory Deanston and LedaigMasterfully distilled and carefully blended from only the finest malt and grain scotch whiskies it takes time and attention to detail to create the smooth taste. 40% ABV Color: Coppery gold Nose: Delightful lightly peated Body: Sweetish start leading to a full bodied honey rich taste Finish: Long and dry with a lingering peaty finale
