In appearance this mezcal is clear transparent or colorless. On the nose its aromas are perceived as clean and harmonious at a medium intensity. The aromas of the process predominate highlighting ripe fruits such as pineapple and nanche; just like sweet tejocote. On the palate it is dry at a medium intensity with light note of smoke in the background that adds depth to the drink. It pairs well with orange slices fresh citrus juices (lime lemon grapefruit) and pineapple slices or juice.
