All bourbon is whiskey but not all whiskey is bourbon. William Wolf Bourbon is aged in traditional charred American Oak barrels and blended to perfection. Produced in small batches our first bottling was only 400 cases. Color:Dark tanned leather. Nose:Molasses black pepper charred oak and walnut. Palate:Smoked oak toasted mocha and hints of dark chocolate. Finish:Smooth with notes of smoked oak and hints of vanilla. 94 points – Ultimate Spirits Challenge.
