I really enjoy this whisky (as the Canadians like to spell whiskey). As advertised, it is very smooth and mixes well with cola (my favorite), ginger ale, lemonade, or lemon-lime.
For my money, it’s hard to beat. I know there are those who look down at this “bottom shelf” stuff, but I admit to having an unsophisticated palate, so it works great for me.
However, I’m not crazy about the plastic bottle, so I bought a nice glass decanter to pour this into. Tastes even better that way!
It seems like every time I go to Specs this is sold out or close to it, so I get the feeling I’m not the only guy in Tarrant County who’s enjoying Windsor Canadian!
