Yellow Rose Maple Finished Rye Whiskey is a limited edition spirit. Hand selected blended and finished in used Bourbon barrels previously filled with maple syrup. The finish nicely rounds off the whiskey with a hint of sweetness while retaining the traditional rye whiskey flavor. Highly allocated only 3 000 bottles will be produced in 2016. 45% ABV 90 Proof Tasting Notes: Color: Copper Amber Nose: Maple rye spice with cinnamon and mint. Palate: Sweet with cinnamon candy and maple. Finish: Long combination of rye and smoked caramel.
