The wine is 100% Assyrtiko grown at 500 meters of elevation on calcium rich sandy clay soils. The grapes are hand harvested cold soaked with skin contact for 8 hours and fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in tank. It has gold straw color with a medium-light body and fresh acidity. Flavors of ripe citrus and citrus peel flow into stone fruit and clean minerality. Its very fresh in the palate with a bit of richness at the end.
