Appearance: intense ruby with hues of violet and crimson. Bouquet: the banrock station cabernet sauvignon displays a fresh bouquet of cassis ripe blackberry and blueberry followed by hints of dark chocolate and black pepper. Palate: a fruit-driven red wine with flavours of sweet blackberry ripe black plum and cassis. This soft medium-bodied wine has nuances of toasty oak complementing the bright fruit characters.
