Beronia Crianza Rioja

Beronia Crianza is produced in Rioja Alta. It is a Tempranillo based blend and is aged for 12 months in mixed American and French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. It shows a deep cherry red color with garnet rim. It is complex on the nose with aromas of cherry and raspberry standing out complemented by herbal notes of rosemary and thyme and hints of cinnamon and tobacco. Very fresh and tantalizing on the palate this wine displays a plethora of flavors including vanilla and chocolate. A fruit driven wine however with a medium body and long finish. Ideal by the glass or with roast meats and Iberian cold cuts.
