TASTING NOTES The vines that bring Ontanon Crianza 2013 to life grow in the slopes of sierra de yerga on the right side of the Ebro River. The grapes need daily heat to achieve necessary maturity and the cold nights to increase their acidity levels. The wines from this mountainous part of Rioja are known to combine acidity and elegant fruity profiles with mineral and herbal notes. It pairs perfectly with red meats Iberico ham and curado cheese.
