Small berries from dry land vines provide intense spicy flavours with integrated balanced tannins. A slight hint of perfume from the viognier adds to the harmony. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in french oak prior to blending and bottling. Tasting notes: rich opulent flavours of dark fruit violets black pepper and liquorice.
