Boekenhoutskloof Wolftrap White Blend – South Africa
$7.34
”Winemakers Comments: As with all Boekenhoutskloof blends percentages may vary from year to year but the components remain the same. Deciding on the perfect blend is always interesting and challenging. This year Grenache Blanc played a more significant role in this intriguing blend. Grapes are sourced mainly from Malmesbury and Stellenbosch. Components are French oak matured blended and bottled to present a wine that over delivers on every level. Tasting Notes: The rich yet lively nose shows white peach apricot and apple blossom aromas in abundance. The palate is packed with juicy fruit flavours: cling peach and yellow apple follow through with hints of nettle lemon grass and lime. The wine is generously textured with slight oak nuances a weighty mid-palate balanced integrated acidity and a lingering stone fruit finish.”- Boekenhoutskloof
