Domaine Bonnard’s Sancerre was established in vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Sancerre in the Loire Valley France a production area recognized worldwide for the production of excellent wines based on Sauvignon grapes. This wine is made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Then the wine is aged in cask before being bottled. This Sancerre by Domaine Bonnard has an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with evident fruity hints of pear gooseberry and citrus. On the palate it is fresh and balanced with a pleasantly spicy finish. Perfect to accompany fish dishes this white wine is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses especially goat. – Domaine Bonnard
