A sparkling version of Raboso did not exist Origin and soil Pinot Noir – French clone grown between the rivers Piave and Livenza on a clayey soil streaked with Caranto an active limestone which adds floral scents and sapidity. Raboso – grown along the river Piave on a stony and alluvial soil Tasting notes Colour: purple the crimson naunces. Bouquet: floral with aromas of delicate and intense wild berry and marasca cherry. Taste: full savoury and round. Perlage: fine elegant and peristing. Serving suggestions with fish risotto baked salmon eel creamed cod veal poultry and rabbit. Excellent with sheep and goat cheese.
