The wine is 100% monastrell and all organically grown. It was macerated and fermented using indigenous yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine has medium red color with well formed legs. It is dry with fresh acidity and medium phenolics. It is pretty and fresh with red fruit spice and a hint of herbs. Light and elegant style.
