Very favourable weather conditions in april and june allowed a very even bud-burst and flowering in 2015. The hot and dry summer then ensured a complete degradation of any vegetal aromas as well as a welcome hydric stress beneficial for the thickening of the grape skins and a rapid maturation of the pips. The colour change was also beautifully even thanks to the regular rain showers.
