Area of production: centenary vineyards situation on the municipality of gratallops and bellmunt del priorat 300 and 320 meters above sea level. Harvest: end of september and beginning of october when maturity of the grapes is at its best. Vinification: introduction of yeast and fermentation during 22- 24 days in stainless steel tanks and in oak cask for at 24 -26 c. Aging- conservation: aged from 14-16 months in french allier oak cask and refined in bottles for 6 months before placing on the market. Taste: full-bodied yet fresh with flavors of red wild fruit berries chocolate and licorice velvety smooth with a nice finish.
