A minimum quantity of tartric acid and sulphites are added. The wine is then fermented for 8 days before being racked and aged in stainless steel for 4 months. There is no malo-lactic fermentation and the wine is filtered before being bottled. Tasting: colour: light and clear gold. Nose: peach citrus and white flowers like honeysuckle. With age apricot and pear aromas. Mouth: lively fresh acidity and minerality. Storage: drink the year following bottling or age for 3 to 10 years.
