Notes from the winemaker: paso robles has a history of providing deeply concentrated cabernet grapes with rich dark flavors and a sliver of distinct acidity. For this reason we continually return to this ava for our cab grapes. The 2014 vintage had warmer temperatures than usual leading to an early harvest. Wines from this vintag
