Our sauvignon blanc is framed in the tradition of the fresh lively white wines of italy. Fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to retain the fruit characteristics. Fresh lemon and citrus dominate the nose with just a touch of flint. The palate shows more of a tropical fruits with medium acidity. Winemaker tom farella along with massimo di costanzo worked together to make this fresh buoyant and zesty sb.
