Clear pale gold in color. Mineral aromas mixed with notes of jasmine and orange blossom. A nice acidity on the palate with flavors of lime and tea. The assembly gives a chiseled wine precise and incredibly typical of Chablis! Ideal as an aperitif but also with poultry fish or veal in a creamy sauce. Excellent with mixed salads sushi and goat cheese. Drink right away or age up to 2 years.
