The unique blend of 4 red grape varieties (GRENACHE CINSAULT SYRAH MOURVDRE) and one white grape variety (VIOGNIER) gives this ros its uniqueness. Clos du Temple is a very pale and sparkling ros. Its nose reveals notes of ripe fruits (apricot white peach) floral notes of rose and spicy aromas of green pepper. On the palate we find the same scents enhanced by a delicate finish of blond tobacco. This wine is capable of aging for many years.
