2015 was kind to our Pinot Noir vineyard in the hills west of Graton: Lynch Vineyard. The steep western exposure of this 25-year old site provides steady cool afternoon ocean breezes keeping the Pinot Noir aromatics intact. A bouquet of pomegranate cherry pit sassafras spicy French oak and sage envelops the senses leading to a palate that is very soft lithe and classy.
