Vinification Manual De-stemming; berries are removed from the bunch one by one. Seeding of selected yeasts and daily punching down without pumping over. Alcohol maceration for 1 to 2 weeks. Racking by gravity only in new barrels for mlf. Aging for 18 to 24 months. Tasting Notes Beautiful bright red color with brick-like nuances. Delicate violet red fruit peppermint hazelnut aromas with a delicate hint of fine wood. Blackcurrant and dried fruit on the back. All these elements combine to produce a wine of deep complexity.
