Korbel Blanc De Noirs – Methode Champenoise Pinot Noir

Pale salmon in color this premium champagne owes its rich full balance to Korbel’s special blend – 75% of which comes from Pinot Noir grapes. Vineyards: The Korbel Blanc de Noirs California Champagne is blended to be one of the most fruit-forward champagnes created by a producer known for its fruit-forward style. Korbel achieves this by using four distinct red grape varieties. Each variety makes its own contribution to the blend. Pinot Noir is the classic grape variety for Blanc de Noirs cuvees. Our Pinot Noir grapes come from our estate vineyards in the Russian River Valley. The Pinot Noir contributes a black cherry fruit note complexity and depth of flavor. The other three varieties are less traditional for California champagne production but we have found them to be very important parts of Korbel’s fruit-forward style.
