”Signature Rose is a Texas Rhone Style Rose composed of classic Southern Rho;ne varieties; Mourvedre 28% Cinsaut 27% Grenache 23% 17% Syrah and 5% Carignan. A maximum of 12 hours skin contact was used for all varieties before being pressed. It was blended early and fermented cold in stainless steel to preserve its delicate aromatics. Bottled in February 2016. Our 2015 Signature Rose is a wine that truly reflects our West Texas terroir. Comprised of Rho;ne varieties grown in the high elevation sites of Mont Sec and Reddy Vineyards this wine is an expression of what classic rose should be: fruity aromatic food friendly or enjoyable on its own on a hot Texas summer afternoon. ” – Llano Estacado
