The wine is 100% cabernet franc that is fermented in open tops with punch-downs and aged for 24 months in french oak barrels. It has violet color with well-formed legs. The wine is dry and medium-light bodied with freshly balanced acidity and medium-light phenolics. It has elegant focused tobacco leaf and tea leaf with red fruit and a bit of black pepper.
