Manzoni Estate Vineyard North Highlands Cuvee Chardonnay

Cultivated in the santa lucia highlands this chardonnay shows the intense flavors and crisp acidity of wines produced within the region. Grapes are hand-harvested and immediately pressed into stainless steel tanks before being transferred to french oak and steel barrels for fermentation. A vibrant wine its aromas are dense with tropical fruits and brioche. The nimble palate shows flavors of mango mandarin orange guava and vanilla with a long finish that provides the ideal wine to pair with anything from vegetarian dishes to pork and poultry!
