Cultivated in the Santa Lucia Highlands this Chardonnay shows the intense flavors and crisp acidity of wines produced within the region. Grapes are hand-harvested and immediately pressed into stainless steel tanks before being transferred to French oak and steel barrels for fermentation. A vibrant wine its aromas are dense with tropical fruits and brioche. The nimble palate shows flavors of mango mandarin orange guava and vanilla with a long finish that provides the ideal wine to pair with anything from vegetarian dishes to pork and poultry!
