With crisp bright refreshing acidity and citrus and tropical aromas our 2016 Sauvignon Blanc is a fruit-forward wine that shines alone and alongside food. Enjoy our Sauvignon Blanc slightly chilled. Vintage The 2016 vintage started and finished with ample water in the ground and in the reservoirs. An earlier-than-normal bud break with no frost events rolled into warm sunny spring days. Summer offered classic ripening with cool night and morning temperatures and moderate days. August heated up bringing the fruit to optimum ripeness for harvest.
