Bodegas Naveran has a great tradition of crafting Cavas that are superb expressions of clean bright citrus-inflected aromas and flavors with the all-important tiny bubbles. It has strong aromas of yeast and smoke to the point that it made me look at the technical sheets to see if the base wine had fermented in oak. It had not it fermented in inox but the fruit is sourced from very old vines and has a strong yeasty and chalky feeling a bright yellow color and a supple tasty palate with well-integrated bubbles good acidity and freshness.- Naveran
