FLOORS The vines are planted in 2 distinct regions of Touraine: – Chemery: limestone soil – Anger sur Cher: flint. VINIFICATION The philosophy of the house is to let nature do as much as possible. The juices ferment in native yeasts in thermoregulated tanks. TASTING Attitude has a nice freshness in the mouth a frank attack delicate aromas of lime citrus green apple and kiwi. The minerality gives the wine a long finish finesse and elegance characterizing the wines Pascal Jolivet.
