100% Sauvignon Blanc from Ch. Margaux aged in all French oak demi-muids (500-liter capacity) and barrels (225-liter capacity) – 20% new. Pale straw color and green highlights with well-formed legs; dry medium bodied with freshly balanced acidity and scant phenolics with a really quite long finish. Beautiful lovely focused fresh Sauvignon dominant. Ripe lemon first and then mixed citrus with exotic fruit and spice the mineral is present and the oak is integrated. Pure. Focused Complete.
