Truly my favorite In the Rocks I have ever had the pleasure of creating. I am simply over the moon with this wine. It has all the elements traditionally found in this wine but its simply amped up!! The wine screams out of the glass with apricot ripe plum black licorice crme brule and loads of BBQ notes of juicy brisket Texas ribs and rosemary butter over a Wagyu steak. This wine is powerful with elegant tannins and a finish that goes on for what seems like forever.
